I require a three-month minimum commitment for all clients. The cost to work with me is $199/month which can be paid for all up front or monthly. After the initial 3 months has passed, clients can choose to continue working together on a month-to-month basis.

  • Framework of foods that fit your plan, preferences, and any allergies or sensitivities.

  • Support around many areas of your health including nutrition, sleep, stress support, and fitness.

  • Customized supplementation recommendations.

  • Client-only resources including shopping lists, organics guide, and meal planning and prep guide

  • 55 minute meeting in-person or virtually with weekly check-ins and email access.

  • Action plan for making these changes that includes habit formation, tips for staying motivated and how to set up your life so that willpower is not your only ally.

  • Conversation about others areas of your life that can support or derail your health and a plan to get that on track as well.

Jennifer has helped me through my health journey in many ways.   Prior to meeting Jennifer I would have good days and I would have days where I'd binge all day.  In my head I figured I messed up so might as well gorge all the bad foods I want to eat all day and then start tomorrow.   I talked to Jennifer about this problem and she told me to always get back on track the next meal.  I began to look at it as to how I do per meal not by day.  I took it per meal at a time.  It actually worked!   I could go on in how she has helped me in such a short time.  I recommend to give her a try and you won't be disappointed.
